The Klub Bar & Grill in Spring Creek, located at the Spring Creek golf course, acquired its name after many social gatherings in the Karr household.  It was quite the conversation, with lots of family input, to determine a name that was a good place for family, friends, and golfers to hang out, while enjoying a good meal and a few drinks.  The Klub Bar & Grill opened in 2022.

In March of 2024, Jason and Collen Schroeder became the new owners of the Klub Bar & Grill. As current owners of Muley’s Bar & Family Grill, they are not new to the restaurant and bar industry. They are excited to expand their family in the Spring Creek area.

Spring Creek, NV is a quiet suburb located just outside of Elko, NV. With gorgeous views of the Ruby Mountains, easy access to Lamoille Canyon, South Fork Reservoir, and Ruby Lake National Park Wildlife Refuge. Spring Creek is a great place to live for active families. It boasts a small-town feel yet still has plenty of places to eat and shop. It’s one of those places that keeps you coming back again and again.
